RemodelmateReviews of remodelmate.com

Remodelmate stood out because of their excellent customer service. They were responsive to our questions and helpful in walking us through the process. We had full trust in them to deliver an excellent final product, which they did. Highly recommend.

The trade craftsman were truly professionals as they walked me thru what work was to be performed, how it was going to be addressed, and asked for my visual inspection as well as operating performance and approval of the job. In addition, they asked that I contact them at once should I experience any trouble.

The process was easy and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Remodelmate provided a complete experience for our bathroom renovation and we could not be more pleased. From the initial consultation, to the design review, itemized bill of material, contractor meet and greet, etc. The whole experience was tailored to our needs as we were able to provide feedback and change parts to our liking. For any damaged item received, Remodelmate worked with the sub-vendor to replace damaged parts which was a huge burden that we did not have to deal with. The contractor was very engaged throughout the build and adjusted and course corrected as needed. The whole process was smooth and we couldn't be happier with the end product! Highly recommend Remodelmate for your bathroom renovations!

The remodelmate team consistently goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers. My project had tight deadlines and we worked together to keep everything on track. The installer's finish work was high quality and no details were left undone!

As a real estate investor, I have used Remodelmate for several projects, from kitchen remodels to roof replacements. Given their online platform, the process from start to finish is so seamless. For example, Remodelmate replaced the roof on one of my properties without me every having to meet the contractors. They were able to take measurements, give me fair pricing, install the roof, and provide a warranty all online. What sets this company apart is the service. They have great communication and are always willing to resolve any issues that may arise. I would recommend Remodelmate (and have recommended them) to anyone who would like to do a remodeling project without the traditional headache.

I am excited to have found remodelmate as a service to complete the front door repair on my townhome. It was quick and easy to use, and paid the best price compared to other estimates I received on my own. I am happy to be a remodelmate customer and will continue to keep them in mind for future projects.

I had an amazing experience using Remodelmate. Their staff was able to find me a high quality contractor to conduct the home improvement work that I needed done. The payment process was very easy and convenient as well. l will most definitely be using them again!
