I have been using Xpat money since its launch and have also engaged with the founder for resolving some of my account issues early on. I love their new NRE instant transfer - just tried it and got the money instantly into my India NRE bank account without hassle. Previously I have faced lot of issues using the NRO transfer with sometimes delayed transfer and then my bank holding NRO to NRE transfer for manual verifications. Direct NRE transfer is most compliant way to solve these.

I highly recommend this app for international money transfers! The exchange rates are great, and the support team is outstanding—they resolved my issue in just a few minutes. Fast, reliable, and excellent customer service. The only thing is there is no realtime transfer most of the times it will take 24 Hours to deposit funds, It will be great if you introduce realtime transfer for at least small amount like 2500 USD.

Rates are second to none, that we all know but i am concerned about use of domestic company to deposit money to Indian account. My bank never called me before to verify the source of funds and when i saw the transaction, it shows some moksha tech as sender. Now think about it, banks have no way to know you initiated this transaction from oversees. Again, this could be a non issue for others, but i don't want to explain my bank everytime i send money. Hopefully they will know it next time.

It is better than other available options. Got 1000 INR when used OM48K for sign up. Don't forget to see SMS and email for better rate before sending money.

extremely frustrating experience with my money transfer This is the first time I used Remit2Any and won’t ever use it again won’t recommend Remit2Any to anyone I did $1000 transfer and ETA was shown Dec 31 noon however the transfer is still not done although money has already been debited from my account No one picks up the call not sure if this is even their valid number (866) 421-4888 I used chat option to talk to someone in customer support and was told the issue will be escalated, no further update on that yet overall this is the worst experience I ever had with a money transfer service Don’t get into the trap of high rate on first $1000, not worth your time and patience wish I could give 0 stars to them update 01/02 2:20 PM ET: Nagarjuna from Remit2Any reached out to me and helped routing funds to a different account as there was problem transferring funds to NRO/NRE accounts It seems the communication gap was due to year end and also my unavailability on phone I have changed ratings from 1 to 4 now
