Hi Relis, We're so sorry you experienced that - it's frustrating to save time and not be able to participate. Unfortunately we are actually the platform provider for the studies and aren't involved with recruiting or running them and the emails you received are our "on-platform email" feature, so we can't control the content of what clients send out. However, we do strongly recommend clients to include a disclaimer that the session is "first come, first serve". Nevertheless, we are sorry for the frustrating experience. Best, Team Remesh

Hi Adam, We're sorry this happened, blocking off time only to find a session already full is genuinely frustrating. Remesh is the platform used to conduct this study, but recruitment and session logistics are managed by the research team that invited you. We also don't control the emails they send through our platform. What we can say is that we strongly encourage all clients to let participants know sessions fill on a first-come, first-served basis.
