te entran suave como una " sec.." primero que quieren ver la casa, y realizan primer visita y te doran la oreja que si la tasacion es superior , que si puedes sacar mas dineto , etc aunque les hayas dicho que no quieres exclusividad y el precio lo marcas tu ( aún por debajo de mercado) , despues te dicen de una segunda visita porque ya han hecho el estudio ( que tu no has solicitado ) y que hay para concertar esta segunda visita que ellos tienen exclusiva compartida con otras inmobiliarias con lo que entras en una bolsa de un monton de inmobiliarias y que otras inmobiliarias solo miran por el dinero y ellos miran por ti ....Perdona? te deje claro que no queria exclusividad y te deje claro por telefono y en varias ocasiones todo esto antes de la primera visita y aun quieres que pierda más mi tiempo. No van de frente
