I recently interacted with a realtor named Jackson Clements from RE/MAX Hallmark York Group Realty Ltd. in Newmarket, Ontario. When I asked him about a post‑transaction issue related to a deal he had represented, he immediately responded that he was “done” and had no further obligation. He could have communicated this politely, but instead his tone was rude and dismissive. Interestingly, when I later mentioned that I was looking for a realtor, his attitude changed completely. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious — the level of professionalism and courtesy I encountered was extremely poor.

NANCY LEBON, Remax agent in Manteca, Ca: deceitful liar. She sold me a house with ductwork full of cat urine, and advised that I probably didnt need an inspection. When my ac filled my house with this horrid smell, she was no help whatsoever. The technicians that inspected said the problem had been building for a very long time and there was NO WAY the previous owner didnt know. Lebon feined ignorance: "I'm so shocked. The owner was an agent, too!" Well, that explains it, doesn't it? Avoid Lebon and the Manteca, Ca Remax office.

Be Aware I had the misfortune to deal with Olga Ventura and Oscar Cavalier from RE/MAX Aquavilla,in regards to a property in Simat. Initially I everything went well and seemed above board. We paid them the reservation amount and it the understanding that we would be doing our due diligence in regards to the structure of the house. The house was sold to us with a project plan and budget. Unfortunately when my architect came and did his inspection we found out that the structure of the house as well as the project was not correct and the budget attached was also not correct. We were advised that the drawings were also not correct and the original architect was contacted to redo the drawings which he did but he did not want to work in the project as it was to complex. I was in contact with Olga who told me that her brother could help with the project. I felt extremely pressured to buy a house that was not what I was told and the house needed a total reform /pull down. We decided not to proceed due to the new cost and the complexity of the house and asked for our reservation back. This request was ignored on several occasions and we are in the process of commencing legal action. Please be aware of this agency. I would not recommend working with Oscar and Olga as they will not return your reservation amount.

First l will say, history here l think tells a story, a totally immortal Corporation. One star truthful dissatisfied clients and 5 star "plants". Nothing between - come on Remax , we are not fools!!! My experience unfortunately for WORSE, a Remax franchise the agent for the owner in my rental apartment in Albuferia . That agent fully supporting the owner through a trial of LAWLESS ACT. The owner, agent and her husband should have the opportunity to explain there actions to a Court of Law. Crimes include- 2 attempts to evict against contract, agent threats of violence, agents husband TRESSPASS, owner in Eviction papers to Court citing RAPE against me. Ensure the world, slander/LIBEL/ DEFINMATION of CHARACTER. Then a FORCED ILLEGAL EVICTION. Illegal for certain due to Court papers, therefore also making the actual eviction and act IN CONTEMPT OF COURT. AT THIS ILLEGAL EVICTION REMAX AGENT - TRUELY ASTONISHING!!! Far worse the ILLEGAL AND MORAL stance of REMAX National and World HQs . They having a LEGAL duty to act reference VICARIOUS LIABILITY, ( responsible for staff conduct). To the level of Erik Carlson CEO World HQs responsibility denied. Sorry you cannot and soon there will be a public call for you to resign as. "Person unfit to serve"

The worst Real Estate Company I have done business with. Very poor customer service with poor communication skills, maintenance of apartment not done properly, left us without a dishwasher for 6 weeks, and you have to keep calling to get maintenance issues fixed. They improved a bit when they realised that they had bad reviews. I would never do any business with them again after my regrettable experience with them. If you're looking to rent or buy do not consider using them especially in Columbia, Missouri. Would give them a zero rating if it was possible.

Horrible experience with agent Alayza Soto. Unprofessional and unexperienced. Dismissive attitude when asked to change HER mistakes. She falsely misrepresented my home, took pictures with her cell phone and used AI to generate them. When I asked for a yard sign, she said they were expensive and she didn't have one bc she was waiting for her next commission check, very inappropriate. She over sold herself to us by saying she could sell our home for over market value and get it into a bidding war, then 2 weeks later she said the price was the problem. She posted derogatory videos with her middle fingers and cursing on social media, your personal life is your own, but not when your platforms are PUBLIC and you are supposed to be a professional. We even gave her the chance to right her wrongs with social media, she took the one video down, but she is most definitely only worried about getting views and likes on her social media, not about selling homes or being a professional real estate agent. Then when I requested to terminate my contract they tried to tell me I was obligated to pay $150 for photography, i disagreed because she did not offer professional pictures. Not with a cell phone and AI. I ended up having to pay for the crap sign she tied to my fence and for her to falsely advertise it to the internet.... $225 I won't get back. Again, don't use REMAX or this agent! RUN the other way! We are now set back the 42 days we wasted with her nonsense.

Adele is a prime example that class and etiquette takes time to master. We just moved into our new house and was met with filthy circumstances. The bathrooms were littered with urine and used toilet paper. I got a UTI from my first night spent in my new home. We urged Adele to get cleaners and to pay for them. She refused. This is something you won't ever have to deal with in Cape Town. Disgusting services. In Cape Town it is the previous house owners' duty to ensure that the house you leave behind is in pristine condition. And then she had the audacity to make us feel like crap. Maybe it's time for some human interaction training.

I hired Locate agents to manage my property. They then decided to convert to a Remax Bayside franchise and bring their toxic American sales ideology to the agency. These knobheads then advised that my property was being under rented by almost $400pw. I stupidly took that advice. As a result the property has been vacant for 2 months and the asking rent has gone back down to close to what is what it was previously being rented for. Remax then started blaming me for this and asking what do I think. They are meant to be the experts. Stay away from these idiots.
