Horrible. Jordan and team over promise and undelivered. They force you in a long-term contract and the leads are horrible. 99% of the leads coming in are people that never selected the marketing piece and are not interested in anything RE. Did the program for 6-9 months followed step by step their program and wasted a lot of money and most importantly TIME. Thousands of dollars and not one closed loan.
On another note, Jordan never answers his phone. Just trust me do not waste your money with these guys, I wish I never did.

They Promise Solid Leads and Great AI, but Fail to Deliver
They promise the moon and the stars, but what you get is far from that. I made the mistake of signing on with relip.co for a second time, spending $4800 to try out their "upgraded" system with AI. Their AI could barely handle basic communications with potential leads, often asking the same question multiple times after a lead had answered. It was little more than pre-scripted responses based on a few key words.
The leads on the other hand were just as bad. Sure I got a decent amount, but almost all of them had little to no experience in the commercial space, and very little to no money to show skin in the game. I never got one deal past a basic term sheet because the few that did get that far couldn't do anymore. It was almost like relip.co was just scraping the bottom of the barrel.
After my six months were up, Jordan offered to let me try out their new AI video ads for free. Problem is, not one of them was ever ran, anywhere. Just more BS from this company, as usual.
Jordan, the owner, is nearly impossible to get a hold of, so I can't imagine how the loan process would be with his company, but I imagine it wouldn't be fun.
I'm sure some lucky LO's have closed deals from relip.co, but my two experiences have been terrible and a complete waste of my money.
I told Jordan that I want my money back, or at least some kind of partial refund. It's been crickets ever since then.

Leads all but worthless, bad experience
Was promised 4 "qualified" leads a day and a mortgage lender with great.rates. What I actully received was no serious or qualified leads. People would call me wanting to sell there distressed property, or looking for a rental. Or very bad credit situations, etc. As far as the Mortgage Lending side there was no one to talk to to go over a scenario. Only a online application to fill out. Don't throw your money away on Relip.

We'd like to clarify the issue about the number of leads per day. The average number of leads typically hovers around 4 per day for accounts targeting 1-4 investment properties. However, this can vary based on several factors including the loan programs you're using, available rates, Loan-to-Cost (LTC), Loan-to-Value (LTV), as well as the specific states and property types you're targeting. These variables all contribute to the fluctuation in daily lead generation. In looking at your account it seems like we were able to generate 90 leads in your first two months on our program, however we also noticed that none of your leads had been dispositioned in the system which is key for us to be able to effectively improve our targeting , as well as for you to make use of the automations we have built into our CRM. We should also note that we rarely if ever see clients close a deal in the first 90 days. Even if the first lead on the first day of running campaigns turns out to be a viable deal, it will be 60 days at minimum before a deal closes, given the complexity of funding deals on the investment side of the industry. It's for that exact reason that we offer a 6 month guarantee of our service, as we want clients to have proper expectations of how long they must commit to the program to reap the rewards.
Since your initial experience, we've made several enhancements to our lead qualification (with the use of AI), customer success, and lending programs. We're beyond excited that you’ve chosen to resubscribe to our services, and we're confident that you will find the changes we've made to be valuable. This is a new opportunity for us to earn your trust and we're fully committed to making your experience with Relip better this time around.

RELIP...A BAD DECISION THAT COSTS
First, the company salesman, Brian Karwoski, used misleading information and pressure sales tactics to entice me into trusting Relip. He blatantly said Relip offered 100% financing for fix and flip loans. There are only a handful of companies in the country that offer this financing option, so it would be of great value to have access to this product for a lender.
Upon signing up and being charged I have my introduction call with Jordan David. Once we spoke, I was informed that the products offered during the sales pitch were not available. As I continued my service with the company, I was made aware of additional lies regarding their services...
I removed access to my advertising account half way through a billing cyle. Upon removing access, I was blocked from Relip's CRM. Therefore I could no longer access leads or submit loans for review. When I asked for a refund of my monthly fees, I was told I would not be offered a prorated refund. So I lost access to any services [ie. loan products or the CRM that housed my leads generated through Facebook/IG ads] but I'm still being billed...
This is extremely bad business and I would suggest anyone considering Relip to read this review beforehand. Do not let their high pressure sales tactics or the month to month commitment fool you. The only reason any broker/lender would work with this company is for access to loan products. However, they are a broker themselves. The fees charged indicate they are not a direct lender.
Generic ads management is typically 200-300 per month. Relip is charging 750-1000 because they are selling their potential customers on the idea that they have access to exclusive financing options. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Jordan is a scam..
Jordan is a scam... I tried his service, the ads he was creating kept on getting rejected and my Facebook account is disabled now because of him.. Appears he is a compulsive liar.. I disputed this charge from my credit card and got a full refund after I had showed the credit card company proof that he did not deliver what he promised.. Be careful from all these positive remarks because they all popped up in the past few days which seems really suspicious.... I would never give you a shot ever again due to your unprofessionalism and you tried smearing me to the credit card company with your lie saying I was erratic, paranoid and unreasonable when it was you that was unreasonable not giving me a status on my account.. luckily I had proof of your lie..
