Ignored no solicitation sign, asked for me to confirm my name before identifying himself, his purpose, or his business. Implied he was working for the state by saying he was following up on the state efficiency form & do I have that. Violates ORS 162.345, ORS 646.611 and ORS 646.608. Very same stunt pulled by the same company last year. Stay away.

This company has a scammy sales strategy. Person knocking on our door (despite no soliciting sign) implied he was from the state “doing work helping people get old houses up to code”. Very misleading.

Door to door salesperson, Chase, ignored the no solicitation sign, two no trespassing signs, did not have a permit to solicit and totally disregarded our city’s no solicitation registry. He insisted his “badge” allowed him to ignore the no trespassing signs. This has been reported to the registry and police. I suggest your company take a moment to ensure you’re following all soliciting ordinances and laws.

The young salesperson who came to my door was straight to the point. He told me about some programs I can use for my attic and set up a check for my house. The inspector who came by later was a nice professional guy. Would recommend their service!

Reli performed a detailed inspection, very knowledgeable with pictures of the entire attic, including some mold yikes! Hope they can help me soon with the issues. Great information very professional.
