Reliant MortgageReviews of reliantapproval.com

This is our second time working with Josh Highnote and all I can say is his customer service is top notch. The communication with him and his team is always very detailed and if we didn’t understand something they would explain it to us and always answered our questions quickly. They made sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this team to anyone we know!!!

41 years as a Realtor in 2 states and 5 personal mortgages over that period, I have never experienced such professional, kind, considerate and supportive a process as the one I have had with Tom Kalagher and Reliant. Seriously! If he can make it happen, he will. Recommend him most highly

Sarah Brooks and Tyler Evans were both amazing to work with. This is the fourth home we have purchased. By far, the best experience we’ve had with financing. They search for answers and respond, very quickly, with accurate information. We had a quick close, and the hustle on their end is really what made it possible. 10/10 would recommend this team to a friend.

Tom Kalagher was my loan officer. He was very professional and answered all of my endless questions quickly, sincerely and in a kind manner. His team worked diligently in order to create the best scenario for my needs and my unusual status as a self employed musician/artist. I am very grateful for Tom’s care and enthusiasm while guiding me through the process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to refinance or to buy a home. Sincerely, Molly Thomas

I started my process with a simple application mid January. Through credit coaching and hard work I am closing next week!!! Cameron Handley was assigned to my journey and I’m so fortunate that he was the chosen one! With help from his peers Sarah and his Manager Tyler I am now able to write this review. They made everything so clear. They were always inviting and professional. Never not available for any questions that I may have had. Thank you so much Reliant Mortgage for making me feel like my investment mattered. I will definitely always refer!!! This has been an experience that I will never forget!!!!!

Reliant was very helpful and nice to me the process flowed like water. I got the best house for the best buck and I was satisfied with the loan. Also the communication was awesome. Everytime I had a question they were one phone call away. Communication means alot to me.

Josh and his team made it as easy as possible for us to refinance our home, and got us a very good rate. Wouldn't hesitate using Reliant again and will be sure to tell my friends and family too.
