My fiance and I purchased a home last November; I was a first time buyer, this was his second time around. We worked with Travis at Reliant Mortgage. Being that I was the "newbie" I can't thank Travis enough for his patience, and for always being available for questions, or to provide additional detail or nuance. I've heard other friends experiences when buying homes, so had some trepidation about the experience being long and frustrating. Maybe we got lucky, but I think Travishad a lot to do with our experience being smooth and relatively hassle free. I would recommend Reliant Mortgage, but especially Travis.

Just completed a first home purchase with Jason, and everything went extremely smoothly. As first-time home buyers, we really appreciated how willing Jason was to take the time to talk us through what everything meant, and what every signature was committing us to. Funnily enough, we never actually met in person(!), but the process was managed so vigilantly by Tom and his staff that we never had to!

Ki helped me with a refinance recently. Ki was very patient and thorough throughout the process, and kept me updated on the progress of the loan. Paperwork was a breeze with the secure online signature technology. Ki took the time to carefully explain everything and there was never any pressure to move forward. Once we did start the process, everything moved along smoothly and the loan closed on schedule. I would definitely recommend Reliant mortgage to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a home. Josh Highnote is excellent at his job. He's available, knowledgable, and brings enthusiasm to the job. It's not enough that I like working him, he's also so great with clients. I feel confident when I refer him to my buyers that he will answer questions and guide them through the process, while keeping everyone informed and on the same the page throughout the deal. He's also been a great resource for answering questions about lending that may come up during my client consultations. It's nice to have strong team player in the lending arena and I look forward towering with hi more in the future.
