My initial introduction to the machine and the process was not very helpful. The person delivering the materials and information seemed to be in a big hurry to leave rather than explain how much difficulty one could initially expect. Using the equipment has been anything but satisfactory. I keep the mask on for most of the night but never sleep the hours listed on the myAir app. My last call to the organization was the most helpful, mostly you do not get much helpful information. And yes, I have read most of the library materials offered. Maybe it will get better.
