The respitory therapist that came to my home was great. She was informative, friendly and helpful. Getting her there was a terrible experience. I went to my sleep med doctor because I had been sick with a respiratory infection and had not had new equipment in more than a year. It took a full three weeks and multiple calls to your company, then back to the doctor to get them to push you, before I received some assistance. I kept being told that you were "working on it", that my file was on "so and so's desk" etc. It was extremely frustrating, especially since each time I contacted you I shared my concern about the urgency in getting new equipment because I was sick. Very poor customer service.

I have received very good service. However, after calling and told that I am fourth, then third, then second, then first in the queue for my call to be answered, when it is finally my turn I am told to leave a message on an answering machine. No one called me back. Called again the next day and had a very helpful representative.

I never need to worry about running out of supplies. The customer service at Reliable Respiratory always call me to ensure that I get what I need in time. They are wonderful to work with!
