Your company is local to where I live, and I've been using you since 2009. I don't have any complaints, and the staff has always been helpfu.

Great service. Prompt delivery. I know I can call for advice and will get a professional and knowledgeable opinion.

In the past my engagements have been minimal, but good. Recently I ordered replenish supplies for my cpap, and I received many of the wrong parts- wrong mask style , wrong size, etc. I called wand was assured that the proper components would be shipped out promptly. Believing this I paid the bill expecting the situation would Be rectified. I never received the proper equipment, and when I called again to find out where the materials that I had paid for were, I was told that I had received a shipment already- but the date and contents the lady was referring to was the original incorrect equipment! I’ve given up trying at this point to get what I have already paid for, and am searching online for where else I can procure replacement supplies.
