Communication is poor both when I tried to order supplies and when I asked for support with mask fit. When I asked for help with the mask the response was that they have no support provider in my area and I would have to travel an hour and a half to their office.

Very nice Respiratory Therapist that assisted me. Very helpful and understanding my concerns.

It is a pleasure working with Reliable respiratory. They have excellent customer service. Any one I have dealt with was very knowledgeable and understanding. They listen and resolve any problems. When needing any replacement cannula or tubing they get it here quickly. I would and already have recommended them to people.

I had asked for replacement of defective mask and the water chamber, the customer service was great and replacements were sent within the week. Great experiance with this company of which I have been a customer for over 5 years.
