Partly due to my insurance I have some difficulty getting my monthly supplies in a timely maner.! My cushion order was called in on Jan. 26. It was due to mail out on the 31st. It did not arrive until he 5th. Too long to wait! My old cushion was done.

I was treated poorly by a CSR, I was trying to order replacement supplies for the first time. I needed a new mask and was told it was way to soon to get one! The paperwork said replace every 30 days. She told me that I could only get a new pillow?! We went back and forth several times. Until I realized that we were both talking about the same item except I was using the wrong word and she was also using the wrong word. It was a cushion replacement! She was mad at me! She got my order together and continued to be short with, she never said sorry nor did she thank me or say have a nice day. She was done and hung up.

They never follow up have sent the wrong mask and once had promised a visit to help with a chin strap never called to set something up.

Very happy with RR get all supplies on Rt 1 Norwood .

Reliable is their name, reliable they are. I have used other companies in the past and this one is far better, more reliable and has great phone response when I needed it.
