they done good , only problem we have is we have to SET the th on 70 degrees themostat to cool our home , we were told we wouldn't have to set it that low , if i set it at anthing higher than 70 emsta
The workers done a good job on installation . if i SET the temperature higher than 70 it's warm in our i was told i would not have to set it that low , i need and answer to the issue please .

SERVICE
Had problems with my heating and air. Seemed like nobody could put a handle on problem. A manager by the name of Mike Miller came out on a Sunday to address the problem. So far so good with repair. Will wait and monitor.

Still waiting for the warranty for the…
Still waiting for the warranty for the equipment I purchased and for you to stop filing against my home deed in Hall County. I am working with customer service Lesha to get this taken care of. For whatever reason my purchase of the equipment instead of leasing it was never recorded at your office. My check for $15,948.00 was cashed and you have been paid. Please get this settled. Update: the filing against my home deed in Hall County was terminated in July.
