Mike, who came to inspect the HVAC was outstanding . He was extremely helpful explaining my several concerns regarding the age of my furnace. Mike resoved an issue I had with billing . Not all service people are willing to take the time to be patient with homeowner concerns. Than you, Mike

Service was extremely excellent

The young plumber, Mark, "dogged" his seeking the source of our leak. I appreciate his "sticktoitness". He is also very polite. An asset to your company. Please note, I do not "hand out" these compliments often. He really is great to work with.

The Technician Cooper was outstanding. But even more than that I had had one of your competitors out a few weeks earlier and their only suggestion was to replace the entire unit that THEY had installed 5 years ago. I called Reliable for a second opinion and Cooper discovered that it was a clogged drain line causing the unit to flood the pan and shut it off. Took him less than 30 minutes to fix my "dead" unit and with a minimal service charge. Reliable has earned my loyalty and appreciation!!!
