I never even would have realized how much my own ego and defensiveness was causing damage in all of my relationships in life without this program. The module work is structured in a way that stacks upon itself, really makes sense, and rebuilds you in a strategic way. Starting with focusing on fixing your own internal reactions to events and people and then moving onto learning how to communicate healthily in an emotional way has drastically improved my relationship with my kids, wife, mother, and co-workers. Honestly, there should be more exposure in the world on how we break emotional safety with people in subtle ways and how emotional safety can actually be built. The coaching is phenomenal! They aren't afraid to give tough love when needed and really provide an outstanding experience overall.
