I have been on 3 sessions with Suhrudhaa and I feel like I have definitely improved and was able to address issues on codependency. Her homework and techniques to be more assertive are very effective and provide me with a clear strategy to help me overcome my lack of communication. While discussing and having someone to vent on, I am someone who needs to find a solution in order to avoid the feeling of ambiguity. Suhrudhaa lets me know where those emotions are coming from and how to overcome them in a healthy way. I am very satisfied with her and just got 4 more credits! High recommend
