Another SHOUT OUT to my coach KARUNA. I have been having sessions with Karuna since last August. He continues to help me navigate my relationships. This time he has helped repair my relationship with my daughter. He has incredible insight and compassion and I appreciate his honesty and objectivity. Karuna has done more for me over this relatively short period of time, than any of the psychologists I have seen since my husband passed away in 2007.

Sara, our relationship hero coach, has been an excellent coach for my husband and me. She has been very personable and relatable and gives both of us equal time and consideration. It never feels like there is favoritism, which is something I worried about, and she works well with us to find a compromise. I've felt like she's really listened and understood our issues without judgment. I would recommend her to anyone!
