Matt is very helpful..i have bounced around to many counselors and he just gets it..the tips he provided in just two short sessions are helping me to identify the source of my pain and frustration so i can heal..I haven’t experienced that anywhere else with the numerous other counselors ive spoken with outside of this site. He even added more credits to my session when we ran short to make sure i got everything i needed. I look forward to many more sessions with him..and happy I found him on here.

RH is a fantastic, powerful, and easily accessible communitiy of great coaches. The sessions are very focused, the coaches pay attention to your problem and answer maximally. They cover every angle and they form a stategy for you very early. Through setting small goals you reach victory.
