Sara is exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and makes me feel understood as well as eager to learn more. I had a different therapist/ counselor also helping with my goals but Sara stood out so much in the way she is addressing my concerns and teaching me how to overcome and work on them. I am eager to continue to have sessions with her because the tasks that she leaves me with after every session have been working for me and allowing me to make positive and nessesary changes in my life. Honestly, Jessa is a phenomenal coach. She has taken every toxic flaw I had and flipped it into a learning experience. I used to be domestically abusing and Jessa has taught me self-control, communication, and patience. We even started on trust. I give relationship hero a 5-star review and 10/10 highly recommend.
