I was looking to get feedback on my dating profile. Before getting in touch with Sabena I was skeptical about wether I could really get honest enough feedback from a woman's perspective and that I would get a combo of fluffy stuff not trying to hurt my feelings and regurgitated generic dating advice. Really glad I was proven wrong, and that I got feedback based on her impressions and experiences that was tailored to my case. First thing she did before the session was ask me to send her a link with the profile; which I loved because then she can give me more of an unbiased impression (vs after seeing me interact). During the session she dug into her own personal impressions when she first saw the profile as well as supplement with what she think her female friends would think. Her feedback honed in on something that if I hadn't heard it like she expressed it from her personal impressions, I would not have believed it could really make that substantial of a difference. (It's starting to sound like a paid review ... but really isn't, just genuinely so glad about it and want to give props to Sabena; also know how much a good review can help someone and it's due here) We also discussed how to best go about making a next improvement and my objections. She was also generous with her time and even suggested she would be up for checking pics I send in the interim. I also feel like there's a lot more scope for later like checking messages I send, profile text and checking generally how I interpret how women will understand things in early stage dating experiences. Worth 5/5.

Shauna was a great listener - helped reaffirm what I was already leaning at myself and it granted me a clarity and peace of mind I had been having a hard time with trying to find. We have been working with Andrea for 2 years. Andrea has really helped my husband and me communicate better in the last couple of years we have been seeing her. She is very easy to talk to. She is nonjudgmental and sensible. She pays close attention to what we are saying and is able to help us identify hang ups which are holding us back from making compromises in our relationship. She has not only helped us with our relationship with each other but also with our relationships with others including our children. She is genuinely interested in helping us succeed in communicating our needs to each other so that we can get along better. I am not the same person I was when I first came to Nikki and she has led me on a journey to continuing with what I've learned. I had a session with Alison. I have been going through some minor issues with my girlfriend. Alison helped me understand why my girlfriend was experiencing these issues, the root causes, why she was behaving the way she did, what I could do to support her and what I could change in myself. After going through my situation over several sessions and following Alison's advice, things are ten times better. The issues are not totally fixed but I've seen marked improvements in my girlfriend's behaviour, relationship happiness along with a huge improvement in communication.My own relationship anxiety has reduced too. I am still ongoing with the sessions but I am hopeful about this being totally resolved soon.

I've had a great experience with Relationship Hero. I've learned so much from my interactions with Sabena. After every session, I've been able to come away with something tangible that has helped me change my life and move towards where I want to be. Sabena was able to help me understand the roots of some of my issues very quickly and has been great at suggesting practical ways to work on those things. I used to be pretty sceptical about the idea of coaching, but the things I've learned have made a real difference to me and I'm so glad I decided to give it a go. Cannot recommend enough.
