Wow this was the most horrible experience ever!! They made me pay upfront for a strategy session, that I never got. After a 10 minute chat for an assessment they switched me back-and-forth between two different therapists of which neither could attend me. Then made me wait for over 20 minutes while one became available and when one wasn’t available then they tried to schedule me for an appointment for another day. Which is not what I wanted so I asked for them to give me a refund since they hadn’t issued service. They never confirm refund and told me that they would review and get back to me and it would take 5 to 10 days. It only took five minutes to take my payment and then disappear. I’m going to report to BBB, I think this is a scam!! So disappointed, wasted an hour of my time and they’re supposed to be here to help, no help here!! 😣

Hi Cris, we're sorry that you had a frustrating experience waiting to be matched to an available coach. I can confirm that your full refund has been processed on our end. Often the refund is available in your account immediately, but it can take 5-10 business days to see your statement update with your card issuer. Since we were experiencing an unusual overflow of clients at the time, our effort to provide realtime availability of coaches for clients like you wasn't adequate. When this happens, we try to make the situation right as best we can. In your case, I've credited your account with a free 60-minute strategy session if you decide to give our service a try.

Please don't waste your money, it is simply useless. They will tell you what you already know and charge you a big amount of money.

Al, we're sorry you feel that way. If you email [email protected], we offer a 100% money-back guarantee no questions asked. We'll also have our team review your case to see if there's anything that could have been improved.

Vivian did not ask what services we needed for my teenager wanting advise on issues with a parent. She sent us a couples video and then when we told her what we needed, she gave us a site for teens helping teens??? There was never any info given to us that they don’t have services for certain age groups. I’m not a counselor, but I can find something better than this.

I'm sorry, we're only able to coach clients age 18 or older, so we wouldn't be able to advise your teenager.

Several months ago I had an issue with a partner who was not 'reciprocating' in bed. Kiko told me to buy a 'sexy-time book' and look at pictures with him and point to what i wanted. Was she 16? I don't know but she sure wasn't qualified to give relationship advice. I complained and was given more 'free' time. By this point I'd decided to give that partner the boot and mentioned that he threatened suicide. The session was immediately terminated. They don't deal with serious issues apparently. Which is fine, but tell people upfront. If i had been in crisis that could have been really bad for me. I cannot recommend this service. Get a good therapist. These people are not qualified and you should not be trusting your deepest secrets with them. That was in early November and here it is March and they are contacting me on a Friday night with concern to see how I am doing during this difficult time.

We specialize in providing actionable advice for building and maintaining healthy relationships. We're not a mental health or crisis counseling service. When those factors come to light in the middle of a session, we're not able to continue.

For an opinion it's stupid to pay
