I was in the chat room scheduling a first-time appointment. I chose a slot that was offered. I entered my payment and then once they charged my card, I was informed that I could not have the time slot I chose. Very dissatisfied. I was already feeling anxious. I was home alone and needed to speak to someone at the time I chose. Very disappointing.

This was originally a glowing review for my original coach Jeryanne who I worked with for about 8-9 months, which you can still find below. I have since worked with another coach Eliana for about 1-2 months, who I also highly recommend but do not have enough characters left to put that bit in too :) I have taken the time to update the review to give an honest and detailed account of my recent experiences that led me to quit the platform after almost a year of being a client and my previous intentions to remain a client for many years to come. You will likely see a response to this review from a support agent that monitors the Trustpilot reviews. Any concerns I am listing in this review have already been discussed with the company at length and I have been assured that they have arrived at their final position on them. Any concerns that are still in flux, I have not written about here, to give the company a chance to address them and respond. On Saturday 16th October 2021 I was notified that the company was updating its pricing with immediate effect. I was previously paying the equivalent of approx £47 per hour for my entire duration as a client and the new pricing was £80 per hour, a 70% price increase. I pointed this out and was instead offered a price increase to £55 per hour, a 17% price increase. When I inquired about what additional value I would be receiving for the price increase, I was given no explanation. The price increase was not a reflection of any extra value being provided to me. Having been a weekly client for almost a full year, I found the approach taken here quite disturbing. If I had been given more notice, I probably would not be writing this updated review and would have gracefully exited instead. But I think this is a sign of things to come. I speculate that the company is beginning to squeeze its client base to increase the bottom line, which they are certainly in their right to do so, but I still think they could go about it with a little more decorum and respect. I offered to bulk buy coaching hours e.g. 20 hours as a compromise to return to the previous pricing level. This request was ignored and I was given a final position of the £55 per hour figure. My next best alternative that I am switching to is a local qualified counsellor situated nearby me in London, who charges between £35 and £45 per hour, based on her clients income level. The pricing strategy changes by Relationship Hero are not competitive with rates offered in one of the most expensive cities in the world! Something is not quite right here, clearly. Regardless, I have been priced out of an otherwise very enjoyable experience. Prior to these events, I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the platform and the coaching provided. Bonus fun fact: as far as I can tell, the support alias "Monica" and picture does not refer to a real person; this is a support alias used by multiple members of the support team. I find this quite subversive and misleading, but it is a minor point in the grand scheme of things. It's kind of ironic that a relationship coaching platform is catfishing all of its clients on a daily basis! --- Jeryanne has been a truly wonderful and inspiring coach who has exceeded my expectations. I have had the pleasure of working with her almost every week for the past 8 months. I highly recommend her in the strongest possible terms. As I imagine lots of new clients do, I arrived here in complete desperation after a recent breakup. I immediately found the well-informed support I was lacking from friends and family. Jeryanne has acted as an outstanding anchor, confidant, cheerleader, teacher, listener, challenger. Showing up with such consistency and presence for such a long time is a testament to her enduring commitment to help her clients grow. As someone with occasional (OK frequent :D) crippling anxiety, I have found her to be particularly good at providing an oasis amongst the storm. Not once did she succumb to the sense of panic or dread that I would often bring to our earlier sessions, instead offering a safe space to explore in peace. Our sessions have evolved from my original debilitating obsession with my ex towards a more balanced journey of personal growth. I have found support in areas ranging from romantic relationships, business relationships, family issues, past trauma, general life issues, and everything in between. She has been very accomodating in supporting me with my top issues on any given week, whatever they may be. I feel very lucky to have met such a talented coach to share this tumultuous section of my life with. I am a work in progress but 10x more resilient, self-sufficient and happier than I was 8 months ago. Cheesy one-liner summary? I came to get my ex back - I stayed to get my self back :)

Thank ever so much for the opportunity given me, I am a young man who really into youth activities and I decided to make it my career for life because I feel that involving my self into youthful activities is very important, the life of young people are very important in every aspect of life.

This service is very poorly managed and they regularly miss scheduled appointments. They toss you around from therapist to therapist and there is no reliability. I strongly do not recommend

Rip off, avoid at all costs. I did the first session only to realise it is not for me. I have been emailing for my refunds. No one replies. Please can you process my refund relationship hero. Below is a statement from their own website. “We guarantee you'll be 100% satisfied with our service and offer a full money-back guarantee for your first session, no questions asked.”

Paid for an hour consult after 7 minutes therapist said she didn’t know how to handle situation. So ended the call next day she said she wasn’t qualified enough to handle my problems so she said “have a wonderful day” Customer service was even worse have not gotten a response from them. Got charged for a service of 7 minutes! Will be disputing charge.

it was the stupidest thing I have ever signed on for.. they took a bunch of money from me and the helped me lose my girlfriend forever.. they got me blocked on Facebook from her and they just kept taking money from me and I just kept losing my girl in the process.. they got my money and they hot me to lose my girlfriend.... I can give you better advice then this program will... I also recommend handing your money to strippers because they can give you better advise.. Don't waste your money.. They can't and will not help you.. give your money to me.. I can help you better then them
