I got my ex back! Amanda was quite understanding and sent me in the right direction. Could be better if there were times I could have reached out in my time zone and it's a bit pricy, I think but I am glad we could arrange a procedure with my coach. My situation is super complicated. And I feel like maybe not all aspects that I want to cover are being covered. But that it's just because it's super complex. Overall, I think Randi is doing well. I just really want this to work. Shaneice seemed to understand the shared faith part of it more when I talked to her and seemed to maybe understand the importance of that aspect to James (and me) a little bit more. But, Randi is great.

Helpful advice, especially when you can tell the coach(es) exactly what it is you are looking for. I also like that there is a backlog of the chat so that you don't have keep re-explaining things as this was a fear of mine when being charged per minute.
