The Bowman hardware is very heavy, very expensive, and very, very difficult to install. The screws they provide are not sufficient to extend into blocking. You are on your own with making them work. On top of that, the towel bars do not extend enough off of the wall to easily insert a towel into it. This line is beautiful to look at, but very difficult to install and not that great to use.

I'm reviewing the Holgate 72" Rail Single Modular Floating Desk, 48" with 2 shelves. Very difficult to install and once installed the desk tilts toward you because of a design flaw in the bracket. They replaced the entire item which I was grateful for, but the problem persists. I'm now trying to figure out a way to engineer it in place so it doesn't tilt. Overall it has been a headache.

Purchased a Weit sconce in February 2025. In June 2026, the glass shade came apart from the threaded collar. It didn't break; it came apart. The glue failed. I took it back to the store and, because it had been over a year (it failed after 16 months), they said they could not replace the defective shade for me. I can buy a new shade for $60 plus shipping and taxes, but I don't think I should have to after spending $399 on a single sconce. SHODDY WORKMANSHIP!

My in-store experience has always been lovely with this brand. However, ordering from the website is a whole other experience. If you have issues, the agents are rude, dismissive, and have no idea how to provide excellent customer service. Purchase items at the store if you can and have the salesperson's name and the store's manager in case of issues.
