Shipping and delivery is a nightmare with these guys and no one knows what’s going on. I had one delivery date cancelled the day of, after they already confirmed, and then a week later they delivered only half my order, telling me that only when the truck was on my street. My contractor is now waiting on a second bath vanity that might take another three weeks because the stone top was broken and they refuse to deliver the base without it. I don’t even want the stone top but they won’t take it off the order.

I guess I should have read reviews before purchasing on the website There was no mention of it being a final sale -I checked several times to make sure I can return item if it’s not what I want I spoke to an agent - gave me all the info to return item now 4 weeks later after hounding them for refund ,I am told no ! What kind of customer service and policies are these. Appalling Will not advise anyone to shop with them due to this

Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered a rug swatch (and paid $50 for it) over a month ago. It was never delivered. The tracking number never worked. The estimated delivery date keeps getting pushed out every few days but no sign of the swatch. I contacted Rejuvenation, expecting them to send out another swatch as the original one was obviously lost in transit. They refused. Not only that, when I started getting angry and requested they cancel my order for the swatch, they refused! Even though I don't have it! Good grief, I've never experienced such terrible customer service. I will not be ordering anything from this company again.

I’ve bought over $10,000 of hardware from rejuvenation. Most of the hardware had discoloration and weird marks on it. They do not provide an email or online chat. You only can get ahold of them through phone. This alone shows you that they are uninterested in helping you if you have questions or issues. Do not buy anything from here.

Rejuvenation is a nice place to shop — when things are actually in stock. But ordering large items from them can be a nightmare. We ordered a double bathroom vanity in March, paying thousands of dollars for the piece plus "white glove delivery." It didn't arrive until July. The delivery crew then told us it wasn't their responsibility to unpack the crate or attach the sinks to the stone countertop — which is precisely what we thought we were paying for. We hired a counter company ourselves, and only then discovered the stone was cracked. Rejuvenation now tells us a replacement won't arrive until fall. That's over six months from order to a usable vanity, assuming nothing else goes wrong. Beautiful storefront but I'd think twice before buying anything that ships freight.

I like Rejuvenation’s products and have spent more than $4,500 with them during my renovation. But charging $280 to ship an $1,100 fixture—and refusing any accommodation for a repeat customer—was the final straw. Because I had already used Rejuvenation fixtures throughout this phase of the renovation, I could not find sufficiently similar products elsewhere and felt compelled to finish with theirs. This will be my last purchase. Rejuvenation sells premium products but provides remarkably poor customer relations.

I ordered six solar path lights. One light was defective (poor manufacturing quality, the top of the light did not screw onto the pole properly) and not usable. Customer service would not refund the difference for that individual item, nor would they replace the item. So I was left without a full set of lights. This is my second POOR customer service experience with Rejuvenation because a product was defective and they would not rectify it. Their products are sub-par, and their customer service is sub-par. I won't shop with them again.

We purchased an expensive lock set for our front door from Rejuvenation. It worked fine for a while, but after a few months of normal family use, the spindle failed, resulting in a non-functional door. Rejuvenation does not provide spare parts, nor do they provide any technical information needed to do home repairs. Furthermore, their lockset uses a proprietary castle wrench, which they don't sell individually (have to purchase a new $700 lockset). Customer service is a disaster, and the customer service agent hung up on me (after an hour on hold) after I politely told her that I wasn't going to accept that they can't sell me their proprietary castle wrench and a replacement spindle.
