The return policy is terrible
The return policy is terrible, you have to read the fine print. Satisfaction guaranteed should not mean only if you purchase their product as a single purchase and not as a subscription. I will never buy anything from this company again! After writing this review I did get an email from the company, they said they were making an exception for my purchase. They required a video showing all of the pills being soaked in a bowl of water. Once I provided the video they refunded all my money right away.

Hi April, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applies to eligible first-time, non-subscription purchases. Subscription orders are not covered under this guarantee, as outlined on the product pages and in the subscription terms presented and acknowledged during checkout. We recognize that this distinction may not align with every customer's expectations. However, the guarantee's eligibility requirements apply consistently to qualifying purchases. We have sent you a request for additional information through Trustpilot so we can locate your order and review your interactions with our team. Regards, Barbara Rejuveen
