i ordered 6 cans of turkey tail. never received the items. Emailed a few times, no response. No tracking. Now have to go to credit card for help to get my money back. Very frustrating because while i ve been waiting my dog is not getting the supplements.

I didn’t realize I had agreed to a subscription. Rejuvapaw was going to send more when I still have 4 months of chews left. They cancelled my order and issued a refund, while being extremely polite about it. The chews seem to be helping my dog with his allergy itching. He was on Apoquel, but I switched to these chews. His doctor was fine with this. He has even started to lose weight from using these chews instead of the Apoquel. I definitely recommend this company because of their product and superb customer service.
