I’ve been a customer of REI Sift for a few years now and the main reason for that is the insane value that REI Sift has provided over the years. With the DataFlik / REI Sift acquisition, I can only see this company being a greater asset to real estate investors. Ty Garrett and Tyler Austin walk the walk and talk the talk. It’s refreshing to work with someone who not only understands real estate investing but is actively providing solutions to common investing problems (data management, skip tracing, incorporating AI, and so much more). I highly recommend working with REI Sift / DataFlik if you want to run a more profitable and efficient real estate investing business!

The 5 Day Deal Flow Challenge was way more than I expected. I was looking to learn how to better utilize the data I have in REISift and found Ty shared much more than that. He provided a structure for tracking and taking advantage of leads that usually get dropped. He provided AI tools that were over the top. Too much to put in here, but do not miss the opportunity if you can be part of a future challenge. Whether you are brand new or experienced you will take away a ton. Highly recommend.

Ty really takes the time to go in depth during each of his trainings and make sure everyone completely understands how to move from where they are in their real estate business to where they want to go. They offer a wealth of information, so many tutorial videos and their live support team is next level. I can't wait to implement everything I'm learning and now have access to through their platforms.

The Deal Flow Challenge has been mind blowing. It has open my mind up to some new techniques to my Real estate investing better and much more efficient. Ty also help me see how I can leverage AI in my business and I am excited to use these techniques to help me close more deals. The Deal flow challenge also allowed me how to correctly leverage the REISIFT platform to be better with my Data management, Lead generation, Lead management and Sales management. I would definitely recommend this challenge to all real estate wholesalers and investors. Overall I think this challenge will help me take my business to the next level.

I have easily tried over 20 CRM's and none have compared to the abilities, filters, and support I have gotten with Sift. The team is always there to respond quick to questions. They do challenges and annual events that help us learn how to better use their service and give us clarity in our business. It is a bit of a learning curve at first but if you can push through the uncomfortable part about doing something new, you will absolutely see a spike in your deal flow.

So glad I found this CRM and community. The wholesaler/investor/agent market is as saturated as ever and only the most organized and effective marketers will have success. REI Sift has everything you could possible need to manage your data, generate leads, and close deals.
