REISift has been a lifesaver for my real estate business in how I manage and bring in data in for marketing. Prior to REISift I was managing all my marketing and data using Google Sheets and over time it became overwhelming to keep track of things and wasted a ton of money with Skip Tracing. The other aspects of REISift offers such as the list stacking, the ability to tag records and phone numbers, and the ability to get as granular as possible with leads that I have not been able to reach have all been essential in my business. I would highly recommend this tool for anyone in the real estate space looking for a way to manage their marketing and data.

I've made more money with Sift EASIER than with any other software tool out there. It's literally cut my workweek to a fraction without impacting my income so I can spend more time with friends and family.

I love REISift. Of course no software is perfect but this is as good as it gets. My recommendations are below: 1. I didn’t like the new setup with the fancy “fluff” for each prospect such as if it’s hot or cold, the map view, phone tagging variation for the user interface, etc. Too much scrolling 2. I don’t like the attempts section for the prospect. We’re already tagging them. No need to add that aspect. Again, was fine before 3. Y’all reallllly need an and/if functionality when it comes to the leads and what we can view to tag/export 3a: let’s say I wanna pull all the leads I inputted into the system while updating all my data at once. I want to only look at leads for the past 2 months that I pulled, for example. I have to always export 2 lists rather than say “Add Tags>LP 12/2021 and LP 11/2021” because nothing will show up when I do that. Would be better if it had add tags for including a tag rather than if it only has LP 11/2021 and LP 12/2021 to show. Hopefully you got my point 4. Y’all should have a system where y’all could see mobile versus landline for all the numbers we add. Will help tremendously. I know we have to get those details from the source but come onnnnn haha 5. Would be nice to see the differences in all our properties that we put such as by property type so I don’t have to make a land tag to get all my land into a campaign for example. Would be useful because every time we import ALLL those data that we map I literally never use features such as how many beds and bath. It’s unnecessary to me in my business in my opinion. Not sure how it is with everyone else That is all

This platform has allowed me to take my business to a whole different level! Their services are amazing and I haven't seen them anywhere else in the industry. I will be a customer for a long time!!

REISift has been the backbone of the data that drives the operations of my Hawaii real estate investment company. It allows me to not only coordinate and coalesce my data from a variety of sources but also understand it on a much deeper level than was previously possible. It's become an integral asset.

Edit: I've been using REISift now for a couple months as while it's not a perfect system, it does make my life much easier when it's configured correctly. With the Professional plan you can set up an API Integration to send lists directly to Readymode (Xencall) or CallTools and maybe others. I really REISift's support. They are always free to chat and deliver great customer service. Highly recommend REISift.

Really great platform that truly shows you how to manage your data and marketing. It does have a bit of a learning curve but there are tons of videos on how to use the software and a community of users that will help with any questions you may have.
