Poor communication
Poor communication, confusing product plus they kept my unused prepaid balance after I left. No refund policy even though it’s my money these guys suck. Hundred percent recommend going with go high level instead. And then get your data from someone like DealMachine. I think the issue with this company starts at the top. But it’s more than that. The whole functionality is way too complicated and layered.

We do our best to be transparent—our no-refund policy is stated before credits are purchased, and we encourage using any remaining balance for skip tracing or direct mail before the account closes. That said, we also spent time working with you directly to ensure you had the support you needed. You received a few 1:1 sessions with our team. And we set up zaps for you under our own account so you didn't have to purchase a separate Zapier subscription. If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to take another look at your account and show you some of the new features we’ve rolled out.

There really wasn't help for set ups
There really wasn't help for set ups. There was no one to call or talk with to help with specific questions. I was a one person show but the system only went over how to use in a team. There are so many videos but they didn't match up with how the dashboard look like. Very hard to understand all the functions and reading the articles weren’t helpful.

Been unsubscribing from Reisift for…
Been unsubscribing from Reisift for about a year plus and still keep getting spam emails. Many ways to do what the software offers at a lower cost.

I asked for a refund and you won't give…
I asked for a refund and you won't give it. So now I have paid for a second year when I asked you not to charge me again a year ago. I would not call that good customer service, would you? Also, making me sign to accept your terms before I can leave a review doesn't seem fair or ethical either. I want people to know that if they pay for a year because it's cheaper, they have no recourse if they decide 3 days later they don't want reisift. Thank you

Hi Kim, Services typically have a terms of use/terms of service agreement for you to review and agree to. This is also in place to inform you, as the customer of the company policies so there are no surprises. We state our refund policy in the terms of use and also have check boxes in the sign up process so you're aware annual plans are charged immediately. When you requested to cancel, we provided information on how to close the account. We don't cancel customers accounts for them because we believe you should have full control of managing your subscriptions and accounts. We offer a free 7 day trial with our monthly plans for anyone who wants to try out our software and you can change plans at any time, including switching to an annual plan during the trial period. You did receive the best value by selecting the annual plan. We've offered to provide additional learning material to help you get the most out of the subscription you purchased (so you can make your money back by utilizing REISift) and we're still happy to provide this information. We want all our customers to succeed and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
