If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was a horrible experience, completely unprofessional and the dress I ordered was completely different. They ghosted me for weeks at a time and did not communicate that their lines were down and I had to get my friend who was also ordering at the same time to send me their number. This was so sketchy and unacceptable.They tried sending me my dress 1.5 weeks before my event instead of the agreed 2 months. They had only sent me a video of my dress on time because i threatened to not continue with their brand. And when I received the video of my dress it wasn’t even similar to what I had ordered. I then had asked for a refund from what I had already paid and they refused. If I am spending $1500+ on a dress I would at least like it to be the one I ordered.

They don’t accept credit card , this way you can’t dispute the charge!!
I ordered a custom dress for my 50th birthday and provided my exact body measurements. When the dress arrived, it was approximately two sizes too small. Within one hour of receiving it, I contacted the company through WhatsApp, sent photos, and provided the actual measurements showing that the dress did not match my measurements.
Instead of helping resolve the issue, the company accused me of altering the dress to make it smaller. This accusation is completely false.
I requested to return the dress for a refund, or but the company refused to provide return instructions or a return address.
I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to their poor customer service, refusal to accept a return, and handling of a legitimate complaint.

We are sorry to see that this review has been edited to include further serious and inaccurate allegations.
This was not a sample or ready-made dress. It was a $1,190 custom-made gown produced according to the measurements you personally submitted. Our records also show that you requested a length of 125 cm, while the finished gown measured approximately 135 cm—10 cm longer than the measurement provided.
When you reported a sizing concern, our team did not refuse to investigate. We asked you to provide clear tape-measure evidence of the bust, waist, and hips before making any alterations so that the gown could be objectively compared with your original measurements. You agreed to provide this evidence but did not do so. The following day, you informed us that you had already taken the gown to a local tailor and had it altered. Once a custom gown has been altered by a third party, its original measurements and delivered condition can no longer be independently verified.
We did not accuse you of intentionally making the gown smaller. We explained that measurements taken after alterations cannot prove how the gown was originally delivered.
You were shown the finished gown before shipment and proceeded with the remaining payment. The available payment method was clearly disclosed before the order was placed and was accepted by you voluntarily. Suggesting that our payment options are intended to prevent disputes is false and does not establish that a legitimate, fulfilled order was a scam.
Based on the documented sequence of events, we consider this a suspected friendly-fraud case: a legitimate custom order was placed, produced, approved, delivered, and then altered before its original measurements could be verified. A refund was subsequently demanded, followed by public accusations that our company is a scam when the refund was refused under the custom-order policy.
A personalized gown that has been altered by a third party is not eligible for return. This is why return instructions could not be issued. Contacting us shortly after delivery does not remove the requirement to preserve the gown in its original condition while a complaint is investigated.
We retain the measurements submitted with the order, production records, final gown video, payment records, delivery confirmation, and the complete WhatsApp conversation documenting this sequence. We respectfully reject the claim that this order was a scam.

This is a reply to your response. Melissa has been messaging you non stop since you cancelled her order. When she tried to reach out through other social media outlets you blocked her. This is why I'm wrote a review on her behalf. Although you have finally reached out to her, you are requesting her and I to remove the review from Trustpilot and then you will refund her deposit. Trustpilot needs to look into the 5 star reviews, they all seem to have very common last names (Porter, Peters, Weston, Mendez, Green, Davidson, Cooper) some of the other reviews just have common first names like Sue or Bob. Pay back my friend Melissa her deposit and stop scamming people, stop using other designers works we know you don't make these dresses, and you are stealing designs. Yes I am the third party HOWEVER, I got involved because you are ignoring the original party. You owe her 353€, her name is Melissa H. you know who she is because you reached out to her already to remove her review.

Hi, your dress order was cancelled because the timeframe requested was too short for us to safely produce and deliver the dress on time.
The refund was already processed and sent back to you, and you also confirmed that the money was received in your bank account.

I would not recommend this company.
Terrible first hand experience.
They say they are located in the USA, and the dress will come from Europe, which is not true.
They tell you to pay them the deposit through a 3rd party company which you cannot recover your money back from because the 3rd party company tells you, you are supposed to trust the source you are sending money to.
I have been in contact with other clients who are not happy, and lost their money to this company, we learned this is not an honorable company by any means.
They take a deposit and then play games.
Be very cautious. I am writing another review, because they have my original review blocked.

My sister against her better instincts purchased a dress from these scammers. If I could give zero stars I would. The entire process was a headache, communication was confusing and incomplete. The dress was $950 plus $175 for delivery which was later than the promised date of arrival. The dress costs maybe $7 to make. Stones are cheap plastic and they are hot glued on. You can see the globs of glue. The material is the cheapest material I’ve ever seen and the fit is bizarre. This is a total scam. Stay away.

This has been the worst experience with a company. I have never had any problems purchasing online until now. Never experienced such as scam. I do not recommend this company at all because they are fraud. I paid and sent measurements on March 24th. Today is April 30th and my daughter's prom dress hasn't been made nor shipped. This company gave me the run around, rarely answered my questions and refused to refund my money. Do not be fooled by this companies followers on Instagram. Its all a scam sadly. This is my daughter's prom dress that I ordered, that she will never receive. Her prom is in a week and we have no dress. I am one to never write reviews, but please shop elsewhere. I want to save another child or another parent. I am a mother, and someone that works hard for her money. I do not steal from people like this business does. When you treat people wrong like this, you'll forever face karma. Ill get back what I lost, and the person behind this fake business will forever suffer due to their actions.
This company is flagging all reviews that are exposing their corruption. They take your money and stop responding to emails regarding the status of your dress. When they do reply it is very short and they do not provide the answers you need regarding your order. Their goal is to give you the run around until you go away. This company is stealing from not only United States Citizens but also others in other countries. The good reviews are all fake. I have a family currently communicating with them regarding a dress and they are pushing for her to buy so that they can take her money as well. Gladly, they are not purchasing. She wanted to see the corruption for herself. I have screenshots of communication in Whatsapp. You cannot purchase directly through their website, they request that you wire the money and select cash pick up only. They only communicate in Whatsapp. If you need screenshots, I can provide it. I had to stop 6 other parents from purchasing from them.
I am going to reach out to the BBB to inform them of what's happening to United States citizens so that this fake business can be put on display in the US. Also, this fake business is in Kosovo, so once you wire the money, its gone!!!
