A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER!!! The dresses they have on their website and Instagram are not theirs. They try to replicate them and fail miserably. They ignore you after the payment is made and when they do respond it’s for some more unnecessary measurements or confirmations so the timeline keeps getting extended and there is no result. When you finally see the dress you were so looking forward to - it looks nothing like the one you ordered. They hid the fact that you can only get a refund in the first 24hours after ordering. The customer service was abysmally rude. The dress looked nothing like the approved design. My bank told me this business has been flagged as fraud but I was stupid enough to believe Reinee Couture. No refund, no dress, lots of stress and money lost. Save yourself the trouble and forget about buying anything from them.

I am so unhappy and unsatisfied with the experience with Reinee Couture. I ordered the dress Sept 6th and was told the dress would be ready the end of September. It was not ready until October 6th. I was lucky the event was cancelled because I would not have received it on time and the dress is not to my satisfaction. The gems are literally falling off, I don't like the silver on the back of the gems and the silver that holds the gems either. The front of the dress also is not sewn on properly so it doesn't look good, the creases are just flopping. On top of that, the dress was supposed to be $690 USD, I initially paid $345USD, after the dress was finished I was sent a bill for $475 instead of $345. I was not told about shipping. They then offered to ship it free. I told them few times to ship it FedEx as DHL always charges duties. It was sent by DHL and I had to pay another $73 for duties. I am just extremely frustrated. I didn't even try it because the gems keep falling off. I sent an email about my frustration Oct 20th and a follow up a week later, no one has gotten back to me since. Please do not order from them. They finally responded after I submitted a review yesterday. Gave me 5 hours to remove my review then try and offer a resolution. They would not try and resolve the issues without me removing my review. They have also said they can not find an order or reference number but I have the receipts and all the conversations.
