I've been using it for 3 years now. The platform is easy to use and I think helps patients understand the out of network experience/superbills easier. It is a good service I can offer to my patients but in this day of high deductibles they are RARELY getting money back so it is a big investment for me with little return. I really wish it was less expensive and have considered dropping it due to the low return on investment.

"The integration between Reimbursify and IntakeQ is seamless, efficient and helpful. My staff doesn't have to do any additional tasks and our patients enjoy how easy and efficient it is for them as well. If Reimbursify had the feature to re-submit claims I would give it a 5 star, hope in the near future this feature could be available. I really appreciate the quality of their customer service as well."
