The support team really went above and beyond trying to accommodate me. I’m actually really impressed. I wasn’t that impressed with the software I purchased but they made sure to fix that and bent over backwards to do it.

I had mixed views about what I was buying until I spoke with their very helpful support team. This is not your average ‘software’ company who doesn’t care about the people that buy their product. They explain things clearly, provide support in a professional manner and are always there to answer your questions. I purchased Reiboot and installed it on my computer, but because it's a bit old, some drivers aren't working properly. I messaged them about it, and instead of cancelling, they said I can install the software on a 2nd computer as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you very much, Tenoshare. I greatly appreciated the gesture. P.S. And it fixed my iPhone, which was in recovery mode.
