The software supports our business incredibly well when we have Phones and Ipads coming back and locked out (despite constant reminders). The support desk are really quick in turning around questions and all in all excellent value all round.

Reiboot is a service that can be useful for devices that may not necessarily have anything wrong with it. However it being advertised to fix issues is not something that had worked on my experience. I was skeptical on using this platform and paying for it but considering my phone stuck on recovery mode and had failed on all advised steps of recovery, I thought to give this a go and it turns out to be just another failed update attempt. Lesson learnt: Back up your gallery and because that is more valuable than the phone.

The website stated that I was getting a 7 day free trial but charged me $30 CAD immediately. They are refusing to give me a refund because "30 days money-back guarantee doesn't mean a full refund for every order." Also the product doesn't work at all. Big scam, don't waste your money.
