Incorrect location assignment with no indicaiton
Bought a VPS with location in Singapore. Was assigned a VPS in India instead w/o notification. Only until i followed up on a query about the terrible connection then did I realize the ip assignment was in India

Hello, Jason. As far as I can tell, you have already encountered this problem. However, when we are out of stocks in a specific region, we simply try to deliver the service near the location that was ordered. You are fortunate, however, because we provide the service free of charge for a while, and if you are interested in continuing, we will refund you the full amount, and whenever new stocks become available, we will move it for you within seconds. Please do not be concerned; simply open a ticket with the Abuse Team and include my name (Mare) in your message; I will be there for you and we will resolve this issue together, as well as anything else you may require!
