Institution makes it quite clear that they have a zero-tolerance "ghosting" and "breadcrumbing" policy and require that you can only cancel via email. What they do not tell you is that this is fully one-sided and their unresponsiveness will leave you wondering whether or not your appointments have actually been cancelled or they are stringing you along to get more payments from insurance by delaying your requested cancellations.
