My Reflex Active 23 had to go back after 12 months as it wasn't charging properly. Sent back and returned within just over a week, great service with the customer care team. Thank you!

I purchased a Reflex Active smart watch and it developed a minor fault. i contacted the support centre and they were nothing short of first class. I wouldn't hesitate in buying any of their products in the future. This is customer service how it used to be

Bought Series 15 in flight April 23. It stopped working recently. Just died. I rang customer service and the phone was answered by a real human !! Charming lady emailed me a paid return label to return watch. About a week.later I have received a brand new replacement. These people really understand superb customer service and deliver it. The watch is pretty good too. Not perfect but n excellent product for the price. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again
