Refine PackagingReviews of refinepackaging.com

After being disappointed with my previous packaging partner, I reached out to Refine, along with several other packaging companies, for a quote. Evan at Refine responded much faster than the others, and his promptness continued to impress me throughout the entire process. In addition to being highly responsive, Evan was also incredibly thorough. With competitive pricing and excellent customer service, Refine quickly became my top choice for packaging. I also appreciate that Refine is recommended by Shopify, which adds an extra layer of trust to the experience. My boxes arrived shortly after placing the order, and they are absolutely gorgeous.

Brian worked with me on design and always very responsive. Boxes look great Turnaround time was very fast with in 10 days.

Daniel was a very persistent salesperson, but the price point was unbeatable, and the end result totally worked for us. There was a major issue with the first production run, but Refine redid it for us without charge, for which I'm grateful. I'd use Refine again, for sure!

David was great to work with and the boxes came out awesome! Thanks Refine

Refine packaging was very diligent and patient when it came to finding the package that was right for me. I would definitely recommend to any small businesses that want to take their business to the next level.

Jack Hayden was fantastic- from sending a sample pack to help me understand materials and engineering, quoting, recommendations, and art help and proofs, even though my job was small it never felt like it was small to Jack. He was great at communicating and following up snd following through. The final product came quickly and is great quality, exactly as anticipated. Would definitely work with them again, and HIGHLY recommend and appreciate Jack as my rep!

We had a lot of back and forth to make sure the artwork was 100% correct. They are quick to respond which I loved. Excellent price points. I received the tracking number for the boxes and before I could check the status, the boxes arrived at my door!

Have ordered multiple times and will be back to order more! Great quality and even better customer service. Very easy to work with, highly recommend. Thanks!
