Steven Ignazio was quick to respond and provided much need direct and assistance. He made adjustments to my project along the way even after the order was sent to production. Plus he was able to deliver the order under a tight timeline. The best part was he communicated with me every step of the process. He was extremely respectful and enjoyable to work with!

My custom soap boxes look AWESOME!. This was a great experience for me, not to mention the price was such a good deal!. They made my boxes exactly to my specifications. David answered all my questions and gave me all the quotes an asked for. He was patient and because of this Refine Packaging delivered! Will definitely use again!

I was shopping around for a packaging company and, despite my lengthy process for choosing a company, Zack Brown was patient, friendly and more than willing to answer all of my questions. In addition, he was supportive and understanding when it came to me making several changes to my dimension needs. When I finally placed the order, I received my packaging within 10 days and they look awesome. I was so happy with the box that I am already planning our next design and will be ordering it through Refine. Thank you so much, Zack! We'll talk soon.

I am happy with my experience with Refine Packaging and working with Steve. While online communication can sometimes be challenging, Steve worked with me to help my design ideas come to life. The boxes for my makeup brand are made with recyclable materials and are beautiful. The only complaint I have is that they are sometimes difficult to close. Perhaps there wasn't enough cut out for the tabs.
