We are happy with Easy Group LLC service and their staff, we have been using them since last 3 years , my experience working with Sam Parker is great. He always took care of our needs in timely manner. Once again product is great along with their services.

I would like to say that Patrick was amazing in helping me to order as a new customer! I had no idea how to navigate ordering from Refillbay. He went out of his way to explain all of my questions in a professional, yet friendly manner. I didn't feel like I was talking to a robot. I will definitely be ordering from this company again! I will also refer people. If only all companies could be this way! Great job Patrick and RefillBay! Thank you, Raegan at Luxury Homes Of Tennessee

The item was showing in stock online so I ordered. Waited 10 days and no shipping confirmation was provided. Later I called to check and they told that the order was cancelled because they do not have it in stock. They never emailed me and did not even send a refund. I had to call and ask for a refund.

They are of zero help. do not care about their customers. Their product is absolute trash and that is where it ended up. SHAME on this company!!! I just threw away $10 on a product that didn't work. When Iu called support the jerk on the phone couldn't care less. Well, as promised I will let as many people I can to stay away! DON'T SHOP HERE!!!

Recently I have contacted RB with a question about my last purchase. The person I spoke to was very helpful and courteous, and helped me make the decision to purchase a new cartridge. The products, the prices and the people will keep me coming back to RB. The notifications of available sale coupons is also a plus, because I like to save money. Thanks for the great effort RB, you have made me a loyal customer. Andrew Molnar

David Smith's service and advice were very helpful to me. I really needed some bulk ink, and he found some for me. I trust the price is competitive. Thanks again, Mark Kausler
