I played on there and won enough to cash out, I cashed out to cashapp, a couple of hours later I get a email stating it was approved.. but my Cash App did not have an additional $60 in there and nothing from reezbet, so I’m wondering where my redemption went I tried contacting support and no one has gotten back to me

So far, honestly, I love the games and the layout. My biggest issue, and maybe because I am a dumb dumb head, but it's trying to deposit money for regular play. I did the new player %100 deposit bonus expecting that I could play whatever games I wanted. My surprise... nope you have to play it in the bonus casino area, and the funds do not transfer to normal play. At least if they do, I have not been able to figure it out myself; so I have sent 3 messages to support, and to this day, still no response. I see everyone on here saying they are quick to respond and very helpful, but hey, maybe I am just not that important enough to get an answer. Their Telegram site you cannot send messages, I haven't seen any information regarding discord or any other place I can get some support. But yeah, hey, they got a lot of great games and providers! Deposit issue has been resolved. NOW, MY BIGGEST ISSUE... not being able to play at all because of "Internal Server Error" which has been going on now for almost 3 days. I have messaged support with a response that they are working on it, and for my troubles (since I had just made a deposit) they would compensate me 25% when it is fixed... WHEN? I have also had issues with a particular provider, Hacksaw, which IS allowed in my state, that some games work and others tell me that "This game is not available in your country"... even though I have played that game on other sites without issues. Have not got an answer on that one yet. I guess I just have to wait for "when" the site gets fixed. And depending on that, I will revise my rating accordingly.

I haven’t had any luck hitting and having trouble depositing on account. Could improve bugs in withdrawal methods and increase daily value to collect.
