I don’t understand why I deposit and then try to play a game it will not let me play say insufficient balance but it literally shows I have the money in the account I do not understand and wish someone would actually answer a person about why

It’s been months attempting to withdraw 178$, they banned me, told me if i didn’t delete my previous negative trust pilot review they wouldn’t pay me. There excuse for not pay was that there finger print system gave a red flag due to multiple accounts under my name Thats FALSE, I was only using vpn trying to access the site when the site wasn’t active to try and see if that was the issue.

got a random email pressuring me into giving them my chime tag for the withdrawal even though i selected paypal when i initiated the withdrawal. anyway they conned me into giving them said chime tag & they sent it to my closed chime account & just said well too bad. even though i didn’t even give them confirmation to send it to chime.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We’d like to clarify the situation for transparency, first of all it was not a random mail. You provided your Chime tag in response to our previous email requesting the details needed for the instant payout. Based on the information you provided, the funds were sent to that Chime account. The request to cancel the payout was made after the payment had already been completed. Since the payment was successfully processed before the cancellation request, it could not be reversed. We have also provided the relevant payment confirmation and proof of payment via email for your reference. If you have any further questions, please refer to the payment details shared with you by email, and our support team will be happy to assist with any clarification. Thank you.

This site sucks. Doesn’t send full amount of redeems, no customer service.
Response from ReezbetSep 30, 2026
Hi Emme, We always send the full withdrawal amount and do not deduct any portion. We also cover all processing fees. Our payment provider manages payout batching and routing, so funds may sometimes arrive in multiple smaller transactions rather than one payment. Our records show $890 in withdrawals for your account, with no missing amount or processing deduction. If you believe there is a discrepancy, please contact support with your transaction details so we can verify it.

I spent 340 $ won’t even refund my money. I won 800$ they banned my account hernanw21 Id 3923 I have all chat logs where they emailed me saying I having I have 100% main balance bonus and then once I win they want to say I have i 8 accounts I never once created duplicate accounts. It doesn’t make sense why I would especially when I won 800. They banned me from Facebook and isntragram. I cannot comment on their socials and call them out. I’ve emailed support team over 100 times. No joke not a single response. Please email be back. Please don’t play on this site unless I give an update on how I got my 800$ that they owe me
