ReelshortReviews of reelshort.com

Deductions are going out of my bank card from ReelshortW and I don't even have access to one single 'drama'. I contacted Maple Studio to cancel the subscription which was unauthorised. Replies are robotic and unhelpful.

I am reporting this company for continuing to charge me for a subscription that I repeatedly attempted to cancel. I tried the service once and immediately decided I did not want to continue. I cancelled the subscription, reported the issue, and contacted the company directly. Despite my repeated attempts to cancel and make it clear that I do not authorize any further charges, I am still being charged. The company’s cancellation process is extremely confusing and appears to make it unnecessarily difficult for customers to successfully end their subscriptions. I have made multiple good-faith attempts to cancel, yet the charges continue. I am requesting that all future charges stop immediately and that the unauthorized charges made after my cancellation request be refunded. I also ask that this company’s subscription and cancellation practices be reviewed, because customers should not continue to be charged after clearly attempting to cancel a service. I can provide documentation showing my cancellation attempts, communications with the company, and the continued charges to my account.

I am very unhappy with the service. I buyer a VIP subscription and I cancel the automatic renewal. I could access to the VIP subscription. I deleted the account as I was not happy with the service and after one week the charge me with £23. I was not able to access the account. I reached the support team and they told me that the automatic charge were still there and I could access the service from other accounts. I contacted my bank. This is a scam.

I was charged R$103.40 through Automatic Pix. Nubank officially confirmed that the transaction was successfully completed and identified the beneficiary as PAGBRASIL (Crazy Maple S - RShort_206763220). My ReelShort UID is 206763220. However, ReelShort support informed me in writing that there is no order recorded on September 20 for my account and that no subscription was activated. The money left my bank account, it has not been refunded, and I still have not received a concrete solution. I have already provided the payment receipt, the E2E-ID, my ReelShort UID, and the official confirmation from my bank. Instead of resolving the issue, I keep receiving repetitive responses asking me to verify information I have already provided. I am requesting a full refund of R$103.40 and a clear explanation of where this payment was applied. I will update this review if the company actually resolves the issue.

In my opinion, ReelShort operates like a trap. The app attracts users with free content, trial offers, and low introductory pricing. I signed up to try the service and canceled shortly afterward, yet recurring charges of about $31.79 continued to appear. Even after receiving refunds through disputed charges, new charges kept showing up. After reviewing other negative reviews in the App Store, I found multiple users describing similar experiences. While I cannot verify those cases independently, the pattern made me feel that my experience was not isolated. The entire situation caused significant stress and eventually forced me to cancel my Apple Card. Based on my experience, I believe Apple should investigate whether users are being adequately informed about payment terms and whether cancellations are being properly honored.

Again, the count is not Active and it was deleted. I have sent everything that I have, all the charges that were made, the cancellation of my subscription before August 20th, the contact information my account and referred you all as the responding third party to. Stop charging my account and to refund all charges that were made after the cancellation. No customer should haft to go through all of this, for being a prior or current customer. This is Highway Robbery Hello and good day to whomever this may concern and I do hope all is well, I have canceled this subscription before August 20th 2026 and my Subscription ended on August 20th 2026. I just looked at my bank account and noticed that you all are still charging me in the amount of $36.29 (Times -X- 6) that I did not authorized. The total amount that needs to be refunded is $217.74 I also attempted to use this account to see if it’s active and it is not. It’s asking for additional payment or for me to start a trial.

Impossible to cancel subscription! Don’t ever subscribe to it. I had to cancel my card as they keep charging my card: 🤬
