The quality of the product was amazing! I would suggest a protection when a user is researching the various plans and is not ready to upgrade and attempts to cancel out of the order page to not charge them for the plan. I was researching how much a yearly plan would be for an upgrade of the Essential plan, and when I saw the cost, I selected cancel and was charged 1k plus. I felt I was tricked, but I was able to get it reversed.

One question/comment I have is that with so much marketing happening on social media these days, the standard videos look great, but they don't always translate well to vertical formats like Reels, Stories, and TikTok. In my opinion, incorporating more panning or movement across the photos could help make the videos more social media-friendly vs forcing a crop. Since MLS photos are shot in a wide format, they can end up looking awkward when cropped vertically. At the same time, most agents don't want to pay for two separate photo shoots just to get content for both MLS and social media. Do you have a way to create that type of motion effect in your videos, or any options that work better for vertical social media platforms? Maybe even just a larger crop area with additional panning?

I signed up for a 7 day free trial. After about 3 days I decided I did not want the service and went through the process on their website to cancel. I processed the cancellation but they still ended up charging my card for a year. I never received a confirmation email confirming the cancellation so I went ahead and processed another cancellation the trial period ended as well, still no confirmation email for that either. I have emailed their support email twice now and haven't heard a single response from them, even to know that they are working on it. I know for a fact that they must have record of my cancellation during the trial period but no one has responded to assist at all.

Jared, sorry about this. You tried to cancel before the trial ended, got charged anyway, and then we were too slow replying to your emails. That's on us.
