The worst experience ever, I ordered online; I can’t follow up or do anything with the order! So difficult to contact them, not replying to the messages, I forced to call them internationally twice, everyone is telling me different answers! Horrible, I regretted that I ordered from them. Worst Experience ever, Worst Experience Ever – Extremely Disappointing This is not my first time ordering from them, but this has been my worst experience by far. I placed and paid for my order online, only to be told later that one of the items was sold out. I contacted customer service and agreed to replace it with another item that was confirmed to be available. Despite that, it has now been three weeks, and I still haven't received my order. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Every time I reach out, I receive the same generic apology or an automated response, with no clear explanation, no realistic update, and no effort to actually resolve the issue. It feels like no one is taking responsibility. The delays are unacceptable, customer support has been extremely poor, and the overall service has been incredibly disappointing. A company should value its customers by being transparent and responsive, especially when they have already taken payment. Unfortunately, after this experience, I have lost confidence in ordering from them again and would not recommend their service.

⚠️ My experience with Reef Parfum was very disappointing. I placed an online order and paid 14 KWD, but I never received my product. The merchant promised a refund, but after that they stopped responding to my emails, WhatsApp messages, and Instagram messages. When I requested the ARN number, they blocked me on Instagram and WhatsApp. I am sharing my experience so others can be careful before making any purchase. Always verify the seller and payment process before ordering.

I ordered perfume on their website to purchase buy 2 get 1 free on June 28. Up until to this day I came back and front to their customer service via whatsapp and X (twitter) account, when I asked for the nth time as to either it is REALLY on the way to deliver the perfumes to me, the courier said it was returned since July 7 when they have NEVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER THE PERFUMES AT ALL, NO CALL OR UPDATE. When I asked to refund the money, they replied “ The amount will be refunded once the status changes to "Returned."” Like WTF? It was returned since July 7!!!!!!

DO NOT buy online. My orders are not fulfilled and no one responds to customer service calls, emails or WhatsApp. I have been waiting for 2 weeks.

There was no tracking number, no shipping updates, and no real response to my inquiries—only automated messages that solved nothing. Promising a delivery timeframe and then failing to meet it without any explanation or communication shows a complete lack of respect for customers and their time.
