It really does make a difference having two people for some of those steps, and we’re glad the installation video was helpful along the way. It’s wonderful to hear how quickly you’re reaching those higher temperatures and that the Harvia WiFi upgrade has been a great addition. And yes—the sauna hat absolutely earns its reputation as a must-have accessory! If you’d like, we’re more than happy to help you take a look at the heater occasionally turning off. Sometimes it’s a simple setting or placement adjustment, and we can usually get it sorted out quickly. We really appreciate your recommendation and hope you enjoy many relaxing sessions ahead.
