A couple of years ago, I purchased a sauna and cold plunge from Redwood Outdoors, and I've been thrilled with both ever since. Recently, I noticed that Redwood had introduced a new spa-style cover for the latest version of their cold plunge. It wasn’t listed for sale on their website, so I called to see if there was any way to purchase one for my existing unit. The customer service representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful. Although the cover wasn't available for my model at the time, she took the time to research it, collected my information, and promised to follow up if anything changed. About two weeks later, she called me back and asked for my shipping information. Before she sent it, I asked what the cost would be—and to my surprise, Redwood sent me the new cover completely free of charge! The cover arrived quickly, and after installing it, I can honestly say it's a game changer. It secures tightly to the cold plunge, does a much better job of keeping the water cold and clean than the original wooden top, and includes keyed locking buckles that help prevent children from accidentally gaining access. It's a thoughtful design and a significant upgrade. Beyond the exceptional customer service, I continue to be extremely happy with both my sauna and cold plunge. They've had a tremendous positive impact on my health, wellness, and overall enjoyment. Whenever friends or family come over, they're immediately drawn to them. I constantly get asked where I bought them, and after seeing them in person, people usually start talking about getting their own. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products and customers this well. Redwood Outdoors has earned a customer for life, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a sauna or cold plunge.
